choice of lowfat milk or fat-free yogurt)
2 oz honey (or any

1 cup ice
cubes
1 cup
water

scoop Amino charge (use included plastic
scoop)
2 dropper full
of Amino Regulator
Pour ingredients in
the blender jar. Blend for 8-10 sec. Serve &
